Alan Dershowitz Destroys Deranged Anti-Trump Fake Judge Chutkan For Ridiculous Trial Date, In Cohoots With Crazy Jack Smith And His Band of Thugs

Posted on August 28th, 2023 on his Rumble channel, Alan Dershowitz laid into lunatic anti-Trump & fake Judge Chutkan for her hilarious politically-timed court date of March, considering the literally millions of documents the government has thrown at the defense. Trump will have to appeal, otherwise his lawyer (team) must read about 70,000 pages a day (lol, lawfare) to make it to trial.

Chutkan isn’t an actual Judge. Like all far left Democrats in positions of power, her politics is her religion, and she couldn't care less about the job she poses in merely as a means to enforce and protect her faith. But rather than actually preach the good word, she genuinely believes you’re a criminal, and should be locked up for not agreeing with her faith.

Not to be outdone by the fake judge’s lunacy, Crazy Jack Smith and his band of thugs claimed the defense did not need to read everything. Who needs exculpatory material! This is a kangaroo D.C. banana republic show trial, ain’t nobody got time that.

On top of all of this, fake judge Chutkan actually says the government has a right to a speedy trial, rather than the defendant. I have a couple of years of community college, and I know that’s turning the Constitution on its head. This same fake judge let Heretical January 6th political prisoners languish in prison for years without a trial, but suddenly she’s in a hurry, and we know why. It’s election time, baby!

It may be best if we lose old notions of consistent or fair application of the law, until long after the appeal process in every Trump case. Every single one of them were brought for politics, not law, and while they will most likely be overturned on appeal, it’ll take years to get there.
