The deceased shooting victim has been identified as Corey Comperatore (50), a retired fire chief from Pennsylvania who died while shielding his daughters from the barrage of gunfire.  A GoFundMe has been authorized by President Trump [SEE HERE] to collect money for the Comperatore family and for the families of other victims wounded in the horrific attack.

( VIA MSM) – The victim killed at the rally, Corey Comperatore, died a hero while protecting his family, Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro said at a news conference Sunday. The governor said Comperatore’s wife told him that Comperatore “dove on his family.”

Dear God, bring this grieving family to Your throne of comfort. Their pain is unimaginable as they anguish the loss of their husband, father, brother and friend.

Father of mercy and comfort wrap Your loving arms around the Comperatore family.  Help them to breathe and overcome the choking knot of despair in their throat. Please provide strength for their continued faith in You even through this unfathomable pain. Lavish them with Your love and fill the void in their crushed and broken hearts.
