Eye Witnesses Saw Shooter Getting Into Position On Rooftop Before Shooting, Says Secret Service Ignored Them

This is a witness from the assassination attempt today. He tells a disturbing account of him and others watching the armed shooter getting into position from a nearby rooftop to shoot President Trump, yet the Secret Service did nothing.

Apparent video of the would-be roof-top assassin, dead after being shot. Because they knew exactly where he was. Those rooftops should be priority #1, that they were not, is why this happened and someone did in fact lose their life today because of it.
