Having just written a rather critical outline showcasing examples of the weaponized FBI for political intents {GO DEEP}, this latest story fits right in.
You might remember last year when Texas Democrat Congressman Henry Cuellar was highly and publicly critical of the Biden border crisis and the immigration policy of the administration, within 2 weeks the FBI raided his home {LINK}.
Fast-forward to today, and for the past several weeks, New York City Democrat Mayor Eric Adams has been highly and publicly critical of the Biden border crisis and the influx of illegal aliens into New York City. Suddenly, the FBI raids the home of his top aide.
(New York Times) – Agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation on Thursday searched the Brooklyn home of Mayor Eric Adams’s chief fund-raiser, Brianna Suggs, a campaign consultant who is deeply entwined with efforts to advance the mayor’s agenda, according to two people with knowledge of the matter.
The raid apparently prompted Mr. Adams to abruptly cancel several meetings scheduled for Thursday morning in Washington, D.C., to talk to White House officials and members of Congress about the influx of migrants in New York and other major cities. Instead, he hurriedly returned to New York “to deal with a matter,” a spokesman for the mayor said.
Ms. Suggs, who could not immediately be reached for comment, is an essential cog in Mr. Adams’s fund-raising machine, which has already raised more than $2.5 million for his 2025 re-election campaign.
A third person with knowledge of the raid said agents from one of the public corruption squads in the F.B.I.’s New York office questioned Ms. Suggs during the search of her home. (read more)
Keep in mind, the transparent motives and timing of these events do not come with any cost to the DOJ or FBI. Joe Biden is a one-term disposable politician; it doesn’t matter what political or public backlash might take place. The ‘Rogue State’ is self-activating.
The Obama era operatives, all deeply entrenched in the justice system, have unlimited power and a chief executive that is entirely disposable. From their perspective, there is no downside.
Think about the surveillance and electronic data monitoring process available to the FBI for political targeting operations. You don’t think the FBI would be exploiting or weaponizing their ability to conduct electronic surveillance? If no, remind yourself of the 2016/2017 FBI Trump surveillance.
And… who gets the scoop?… The New York Times, of course. How’d ya like them big apples?
