President Trump Surges To 10 Point Lead Over Biden In New Washington Post/ABC Poll, Who Buries The Lede & Denounces Their Own Poll!

A brand-new Washington Post-ABC Poll, hot off the presses at midnight, shows Donald Trump leading Joe Biden by 10 points among 1,006 surveyed adults.

The Washington Post’s article title buries the 10 point lead by Trump, but the subtitle is also engaging in narrative engineering, with “Trump leading Biden by a wide margin” in the sub-heading. Democracy doesn’t die in darkness, it’s just weakly worded and buried in a sub-heading.

Now, ABC News for its part did the same thing but even more spectacular fashion. They also buried the 10 point lead, but buried it very far down the page. Both outfits did the same with the title: Focus on Biden’s unpopularity and, by all that is holy, do not mention that Donald Trump leads Biden by 10 points! Trump has never been higher in any Presidential poll going all the way back to 2016. Outlier or not, he’s polling higher than Joe Biden, even with the entire media and Department of Justice trying to protect him.
