Inore the click-bait headline and hyperbole. Ed Meese is probably right, but so what? I don’t have much confidence in Judges to stop governmental actions which violate the Constitution or law. Did the illegal Covid lockdowns not happen? Of course they did - Judges allowed it. But it was illegal! Yes.
