Why Conservatives Are Losing
Our adherence to the limiting principles of the Constitution is being used to destroy us, because only we are limited by it. That's the painful root of our spiral.
One can imagine a Thomas Massie (as an example) sitting in a D.C. prison, giving lectures on the Constitution, after being indicted, convicted and imprisoned for something he argued was “constitutional”. His lectures would be quite informative, but oh so useless as he rots away.
No More Mr. Nice Guy
Our side has to stop being nice and accept the fact that the law is dead. We cannot continually limit ourselves with one-sided notions of law or limiting constitutional principles, which have failed us. The Supreme Court are cowards, and so are most of the GOP, who go on Fox News to complain nightly.
#1. Stop Political Indictments
The Supreme Court, if they were not cowards, could end this entire thing right now by requiring all indictments of federal candidates (for or in office) to undergo strict Supreme Court scrutiny BEFORE being allowed to move forward. If they find political intent behind the indictments, the prosecutors can be disbarred, fined and imprisoned. This alone would have stopped this entire charade in its tracks. But, like everyone on the pleasant side, they're cowards.
#2. Neuter Political Arrest Warrants
States and local governments could have already given governors the ability to accept asylum requests for citizens of their state under the attack of this criminal DOJ and Democrat prosecutors.
States could have sought legislation to give them the state authority to accept or deny bench warrants and/or indictments from other states, the DOJ and the D.C. court system. But they're cowards, who don't do anything.
#3. Indict Them In The Meantime
Red states should, right now, be readying ludicrous grand jury indictments of Biden, Kamala, Fauci, Garland, Wray, Jack Smith and anybody else who entered their state.
We need an avalanche of female accusers to come forward and accuse Gavin Newsome of assault. Does it matter if it's true? Not for them. It does not matter if the charges stick. Bankrupt them. The more absurd the indictments are, the better. Because it's not about the conviction, for them, so it can’t be for us, either.
Do Unto Them, As They Do Unto Us
We won't like doing these things, but we were not the instigators. They aggressed against us, and now it's time we return them the favor. If the Supreme Court and conservatives don't strap on their balls and get rid of the nice person routine, this country may no longer be worth saving, and the first person to Russia, the true winner.
